Assistant Professor in Constitutional Law at the Faculty of Law of the National University of Distance Education (UNED), Spain.

He graduated in Law and Political Science from the Faculty of Law of the National University of San Marcos (Peru). He holds a PhD from the Chair of Public Law and Jurisprudence at Christian-Albrechts University of Kiel (Germany). He was a postdoctoral fellow of the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation, a García Pelayo Research Fellow at the Centre for Political and Constitutional Studies (Spain), and a legal clerk at the Constitutional Court of Peru.
