Programa en Cultura de la Legalidad (Trust-CM): La Cultura de la legalidad alude a un marco conceptual interdisciplinar en el que se integran diversas perspectivas jurídicas, políticas, administrativas, sociológicas y filosóficas. El proyecto propone el estudio de la articulación de la exigencia de acatamiento a las leyes y de los criterios favorecedores de la misma, con las condiciones de confiabilidad de las instituciones públicas y de sus actuaciones. Law and Social Construction of Identity (Decsi)
One of the major characteristics that defines the legal and political philosophy in recent years is to be awarded a certificate of naturalization to the cultural issues. The arrival of this cultural moment to the political and legal philosophy shares the stage with another concept that, since the fall of the Berlin Wall, is configured as a central role within the specialized literature: the civil society. However, an important fact is that the convergence of two issues, identity and civil society is far from occurring. This research project aims to deepen the articulation of these concepts and to consider its effect on state and legal institutions.

This project combines the study of three concepts, such as citizenship, participation and civil society. Currently, the participation of citizens in public life outside the framework of political parties and the channels of participation, are to be elections, which no doubt remain the core of democracy. But civil society calls for new policy areas in public life, areas that allow you to express your opinion and it may be, on the one hand, picked up by their political representatives and on the other, heard and respected in those places outside to parliament, where decisions are taken.
