Timothy Murphy en la “Irish Jurisprudence Society at Trinity College Dublin in Ireland”.

On Thursday 25th February Timothy Murphy, CONEX–Marie Curie Research Fellow at UC3M and member of el Grupo de Investigación sobre el Derecho y la Justicia (GIDyJ), will present a paper titled “Legal Violence and Legal Authority” at a meeting of the Irish Jurisprudence Society at Trinity College Dublin in Ireland.

The paper is based on Timothy’s ongoing research for his CONEX project, “La razón como límite a la autoridad del Derecho”.

Founded in 2007, the purpose of the Irish Jurisprudence Society (http://irishjurisprudencesociety.org) is to promote the study of jurisprudence and improve the standard of jurisprudential writing in Ireland.

Timothy’s paper presentation will follow the usual Irish Jurisprudence Society format of a presentation of 40 minutes followed by discussion.
